Return Policy
We hope you’re loving your Warm n Cozy Handmade purchase! If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at admin@warmncozy.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, except in the case of faulty or defective items.
✨ Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

Purchased directly from our online store

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged due to incorrect washing or care practices.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for:

The cost of returning the item via a reputable courier

The cost of shipping the replacement item
We are not liable for items lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service.
🔁 Exchange Processing
Once we receive your item, please allow up to 5 working days for assessment and dispatch of the replacement—subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable due to our limited-run collections, you may select an alternative blanket. If nothing suits your needs, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items or sale items.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered if the following conditions are met:

The blanket has a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose ends or fibers), excluding damage caused by pulling, tugging, DIY repairs, or alterations.

The blanket is returned within 7 days of delivery.

It has not been incorrectly washed.

The blanket is in its original, unaltered condition.
To return an item, please use a reputable courier service. Once we receive the return, it will be assessed within 5 working days.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout, or manually via our business bank account.
Market Purchases – Returns & Exchanges
If you made your purchase at a market, any exchange or return requests must be handled directly at the market stall where the purchase was made.
